'less' function

What's the 'less'

'less' is a command to browse outputs of various commands freely.
You can browse any place of command output by moving forward/backward pages/lines, jumping to the top or bottom and, searching text by regular expression.

If {n} is omitted, shows next page.

If {REGEXP} is omitted, searches the regular expression of last '/' or '?' command.
n Searches the regular expression of last '/' or '?' command to same direction.
N Searches the regular expression of last '/' or '?' command to counter direction.

Ctrl-C
Stop outputting lines and return to command prompt.
