NASHVILLE, TN. (Feb. 8, 2011) Yamaha partnered with acclaimed artists Roberta Flack and Dan Tepfer to debut two of their latest technological advances at Winter NAMM: the new streaming broadcast 'Remote Live' and the DCFX. Yamaha Artist Services helped arrange the live streaming presentations, which took place in their New York facility and aired in Anaheim, Calif.

GRAMMY Award winning Flack performed on a Yamaha DCFIIISM4Pro with her 4-piece band and her performance played back on an Internet-connected Yamaha DCFX.

Internationally hailed as one of the greatest songstresses of our time, Flack remains unparalleled in her ability to tell a story through her music, and she continued to prove the power of her voice through these live streaming performances. Roberta was seen at a private dealer's breakfast and twice in Yamaha's NAMM booth. She played a few of her most popular hits including "The First Ever I Saw Your Face," "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow," and "Disguises."

New York jazz pianist and composer Dan Tepfer also performed using the 'Remove Live' technology. Two tenor saxophonists, John Ellis and Ben Wendel accompanied him for his Friday and Saturday performances that aired on the NAMM show floor in the Keyboard display area.
