Enhancing the Sound: Yamaha Introduces New May Miking Systems at Winter NAMM 2009
Pioneering Product Features Easiest, Most Consistent Method for Capturing and Controlling Drum Sound
ANAHEIM, Calif. — Yamaha Band and Orchestral Division is pleased to introduce the new line of Randy May International mallet keyboard and concert drum Miking Systems designed specifically for pit applications.

Exclusively produced for Yamaha, the new RMI systems feature a microphone slide rail that pivots to enhance isolation and quality of sound. Additional features include a drill-free mounting system, consistent controlled sound option and shock mounted internal microphone arrangement. The effortless, instant positioning of the microphones fit on the rail for ideal microphone placement and uniform octave levels.
