How to configure the WiFi settings of the Music Commander automatically with WPS
WPS (WiFi Protected Setup) is a standard for easy and secure establishment of a wireless LAN. If your access point (WiFi router) supports the WPS feature, you can configure the WiFi settings by using it. Before starting the procedure below, please refer to the manual of your access point (WiFi router) and check how to start WPS on it.
Make sure that your WiFi router is turned on.
Music Commander:[WPS Start] →
Start WPS on your WiFi router.
The following illustration shows an example. For information about how to start WPS, refer to the manual of your access point (WiFi router).
If the following screen appears, WPS is completed.
(It may take several minutes.)
If “Auto Setup is Failed” appears, select “Yes” to try again from step 2 or “No” to cancel WPS.
Depending on the network environment, you may have a connection trouble temporarily. Even if the first attempt failed, another attempt may become successful.
