Yamaha 6-Months Free "ClavinovaRadio" Promotion
Terms & Conditions
1. ELIGIBILITY. Promotion is open to legal residents of and who currently reside in the 50 United States, are 18 years of age or older, who have access to the Internet and have purchased a CLPS306 PE or CLPS308 PE Clavinova model during the promotional period. Void where prohibited by law, regulation and ordinance, and in Puerto Rico.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD. Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. (PT) on April 1, 2010, and ends at 11:59 pm (PT) on December 31, 2010. During the promotional period, individuals must complete an online registration available at www.yamaha.com and submit a promotion form and copy of receipt to the address below. Once registered online, the promotional form will be emailed to the individual. All designated information must be submitted to be eligible to receive the promotion. Limit one offer per individual. All promotional forms must be postmarked no later than January 15, 2011. No automated forms accepted; incorrect, incomplete, untimely, lost, misaddressed, misdirected or unverifiable submissions are void.

3. LIMITATIONS. Offer good only on purchases of CLPS306 PE and CLPS30 Clavinova models. Individual must set-up an account at http://services.music.yamaha.com and use a USB flash drive to connect and add radio service to the CLPS306 PE or CLPS308 PE models. A valid email address, high speed Internet and access to a computer are required to redeem radio promotional code for 6 months of free "Clavinova Radio."
4. PROMOTIONAL VALUE. Every valid submission will receive a promotional code for 6 month of free "ClavinovaRadio." The approximate retail value of the 6 months of free "ClavinovaRadio" is $120. Retail value is subject to change without notice.
5. INTERNET. Yamaha reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person found to have interfered or tampered with the promotion, and if deemed necessary by Yamaha, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Yamaha assumes no responsibility for any failure in transmission, however caused, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, communications line failure, theft or destruction of information or unauthorized access to registrations, their damage or alteration. Yamaha is not responsible for its failure to receive any email or promotional form due to software failure, technical problems, human error or transmission congestion on the Internet or at any Website, late submissions or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an individual’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this promotion. CAUTION: YAMAHA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER PENALTIES, OR REMEDIES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FROM ANY PERSON(S) ATTEMPTING TO DELIBERATELY INTERFERE WITH THE CONDUCT OF THIS PROMOTION OR TO DAMAGE THE WEBSITE.
6. PRIVACY. Except as provided above, all personal information supplied by individuals will be subject to Yamaha's Privacy Policy, as stated herein.
7. RELEASE. By participating in this promotion, all individuals release, discharge, and hold harmless Yamaha Corporation of America, its parent company, Yamaha Corporation, and their respective partnerships, subsidiaries, divisions, branches, affiliates and agencies, including, without limitation, their respective officers, directors, shareholder and employees (collectively "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability or claims for any injury, loss, illness, litigation or damages arising out of their participation in the promotion and/or the acceptance, use, misuse, non-use or possession of the 6 months of free "ClavinovaRadio."
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS. All federal, state and local laws apply. Yamaha Corporation of America is the final interpreter of these terms and conditions. The decisions of Yamaha are final.
