
The BODiBEAT device offers a seemingly endless number of settings so you can tailor the device to your specific needs:
MUSIC:
Music Priority – Prioritize the songs that you load into BODiBEAT or the thousands of pre-loaded BODiBEAT electronic mixes
Half Tempo – Broaden the tempo criteria to include songs that are half of your current tempo For example, if your current pace is 160 steps per minute, set Half Tempo to On, and songs with 80 beats per minute will be included along with songs with 160 bpm
Tempo Guide – Inject a sound into your songs to help you "feel" the beat as you’re running
Song Transition – Decide how BODiBEAT transitions to different songs
Normalize Volume – Even out volumes from one song to the next
Playback Time – Cutoff songs to match a specific training interval
Repeat & Shuffle – Use in Music Mode
Bass Boost – Energize the bass in your songs to help you run or walk
HARDWARE:
Pulse Sensor – Adjust the sensitivity of the heart rate monitor to detect your pulse
Step Sensor – Adjust the sensitivity of BODiBEAT to changes in your strides at the same pace
Pace Sensor – Adjust the sensitivity of BODiBEAT to respond when you run/walk slower or faster
Display – Display various combinations of time, distance, heart rate, current song
Language, Contrast of display, Date/Time format, Metric vs. English units
USER:
Heart Rate – Register your resting heart rate with your BODiBEAT or check your heart rate at any time
Stride – Enter your stride length or use the default settings of BODiBEAT based on your Height, Weight, Birth Date, Gender
Learning Function – Learns which songs you like based on which songs you skip or repeat
