BODiBEAT Operating Modes
Free Workout Mode
BODiBEAT automatically matches the music to your exercise pace, selecting songs that have a similar tempo to your walking or jogging speed. When you change pace, BODiBEAT selects and plays a different song to match your new pace.

Fitness Mode
Provides the most appropriate music for optimal aerobic exercise (70% of your max. heart rate reserve in Jog Fitness mode; 50% of your max. heart rate reserve in Walk Fitness mode) . BODiBEAT monitors your heart rate and plays faster songs when you're moving too slowly (your heart rate is well below the target) and slower songs when you're moving too quickly (your heart rate is well above the target).

Training Mode - For serious, structured workouts
In Training Mode, select a workout or program of your own, then just follow the tempo of the music to achieve your workout goals. You can program time or distance against pace (mile/minute), tempo (beats/steps per minute), heart rate or percentage or heart rate reserve.

Music Mode
BODiBEAT operates as a simple music player, allowing the user to play music based on artist, album, playlist, shuffle, etc.
