Warren Hartman has been pleasing the ears of Kenny Rogers's music fans for more than 15 years. Serving as Kenny's music director and conductor since 1991, Warren has directed most of his attention to arranging and playing keyboards for Kenny's live performances. Contributing songs to several of Kenny's albums, contemporary and holiday, Warren collaborated on a musical stage play starring Kenny Rogers entitled "The Toy Shoppe," originally a Christmas special presented in New York City at the Beacon Theater and later touring nationally for 5 years.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Warren received a B.A. in Music Theory from The St. Louis Institute of Music and soon recorded an album of his songs for MGM Records LA, produced by Kenny Rogers.
Moving to Nashville Tennessee in the 70's, Warren began playing keyboards, writing songs, and touring with country rock group, Barefoot Jerry and arranging for several Kyle Lehning productions including Dr. Hook and England Dan / John Ford Coley

Returning to Los Angeles in the early 80's, Warren married Lee, his wife of 25 years and started a family with children Evie and Josef. Warren's keyboard education continued, studying with Terry Trotter and Mike Garson all the while pursuing song writing with album and film recordings by Leif Erickson, Toni Tennille, and Laura Branigan, "Heart."
Warren Hartman currently resides in Franklin, Tennessee, his home and studio of 12 years. Sessions, special projects, and orchestral underscoring for HarperCollins Publishing "Christmas in Canaan," occupy his time off the road. He has performed with many artists including Tricia Yearwood, Linda Davis, Faith Hill, Phil Vassar, Billy Dean, and Rebecca Lynn Howard. Released in 2006, Warren's composition, "Evie Marie," accompanied a montage of Kenny Rogers' photographs in a DVD retrospective.
