Sean Billings was raised in Mission Viejo, CA where he still resides today. He is an active player in the Los Angeles freelance scene where he works in a variety of musical settings. Sean is currently keeping his schedule full with performances and recordings with the Los Angeles Brass Sound, Orchestra Bayalo', Joey Sellers and Liparis Nervosa. Sean is also a recording artist for ALLCITY Recordings and serves as a staff composer/arranger and performer for the label's many projects. Sean can currently be seen and heard this year with the Brian Setzer Orchestra.

Sean Billings attended Cal State University of Fullerton where he studied with Wayne Bergeron. He has also studied privately with Travis Gould, Nathan Moore, Jerome Austin and David Washburn.

Sean is also a recording artist for ALLCITY Recordings and serves as a staff composer/arranger and performer for the label's many projects. Past musical projects of note include playing with Celia Cruz, Joan Sebastian, the Baja California Chamber Orchestra, Blast! and Natural Afrodisiac. He can currently be seen and heard with the Brian Setzer Orchestra.
Sean also maintains an active teaching studio and has become highly requested for lectures on tone production, high range development and the necessary tools to play lead, jazz and classical at a high level. When his schedule permits, Sean lends a helping ear to the Blue Devils Drum & Bugle Corp were he performed from 1994 to 1997.
