Gifford Howarth has been a Yamaha Artist since 1995 and is an active recitalist and clinician focusing on mallet percussion.
"I have been playing on a Yamaha YM-5100A five-octave Rosewood marimba since the year the instrument was produced, and can not say enough about the ease of transportability, the quality and consistency of sound, and the beautiful cosmetic look of the instrument. I play on Yamaha percussion equipment because of the quality in their instruments, the service of the company, and Yamaha's drive to support music education throughout the United States and the world."
